Control Optimisation Impacts on Siemens 2.3-101: Independent Validation

Reoptimize Systems partnered with the Offshore Renewable Energy (ORE) Catapult to deliver an independent load analysis evaluating the impact of REOS’s control optimisation on a Siemens 2.3–101 turbine.

Using advanced simulations under real wind conditions, ORE Catapult validated turbine performance and issued a comprehensive technical report, available to clients considering optimisation for this platform.

Over a three-month collaboration, engineering teams from REOS and ORE Catapult rigorously assessed the reliability of the proposed solution.

The results confirm that REOS optimisation is fully load-neutral, while delivering over 3% load reduction across critical components, including blades and tower foundations.
