$700,000+ Unlocked: Finding What Others Miss

Reoptimize Systems has completed the second phase of an optimisation project with a leading wind operator in South America, unlocking more than $700,000 USD per year in energy gains.

For over 6 months, we analysed monthly SCADA data in detail: combining alarms, high-frequency time series, and dynamic simulations developed internally, to find hidden losses. These losses were not visible in standard KPIs like technical or energy availability, but they were costing a lot of money.

This was not about basic fixes. We found deeper issues like torque problems, underperforming converters, and sub-optimal control settings. These problems were missed by other analyses, even from OEMs.
